With a BSc in Biology and an MSc in Human Nutrition, Sophie began her career as a Nutritionist in private healthcare, working directly with clients. Sophie soon found her passion for personalised, evidence-based nutrition—particularly in women’s health. After transitioning into medical communications, Sophie spent years supporting the pharmaceutical industry, gaining valuable experience in healthcare marketing and strategic messaging. 

Outside of work, Sophie loves a strong coffee and good conversation! You’ll often find her café-hopping around London (sometimes accompanied by a small dachshund) or planning her next sun-soaked getaway.
