Emily is a Registered Nutritionist with a decade of experience across the charity sector, retail, contract catering, and nutrition communications. She holds an MSc in Sustainable Development in Practice and is passionate about advancing sustainable nutrition to support the health and wellbeing of people and the planet now, and for future generations.

Based in Cornwall, Emily spends her free time exploring the coastline with her dogs, dolphin spotting, and enjoying the incredible local food scene!
