An expert in nutrition science and marketing, communications and regulatory affairs, Kathryn has over 25 years working in the food industry. She graduated with a BSc in human nutrition and a PhD in clinical medicine from Trinity College Dublin. Her special interest is in nutrition and health claims and she regularly lectures at universities and health conferences, and is widely published in both peer reviewed journals as well as healthcare and consumer press.
Kathryn prides herself with being able to pass on my many years of in-depth knowledge of regulatory affairs to her clients.
